Joshua Zero (UK)
Joshua Zero is a solo non-binary art-rock performer based in London. Their style takes inspiration from rock and indie as well as hyper pop and punk. Joshua has recently been touring the UK circuit intensively with stand out shows including headlines at the iconic Windmill Brixton and supporting the legendary Japanese band ‘Guitar Wolf’ at the sold out show at Bruden-ell Social Club. Joshua Zero is on the warpath to pour new music into the world, with tours booked across the UK, the EU and Japan promoting their upcoming debut album in 2024.
Dear Misses
Dear Misses wurden 2017 in Muotathal SZ gegründet und besteht aus Fabian Schelbert (voc, git), Jonas Marty (voc, git), Cornel Betschart (dr), Thomas Uttinger (b) und Belinda Villforth (voc, perc). Ihr selbsterfundenes Genre «Bluesadelic» setzt sich aus Garage, Blues, Rock, Psychedelic und Country Elementen zusammen. Die Band hat bisher drei Studio-Alben, eine EP sowie zahlreiche Musikvideos veröffentlicht und schweizweit zahlreiche Shows gespielt. Mehrere Songs schafften es in nationale und internationale Radioprogramme (u.a. CH, USA, NZ). Ihre Platten atmen den analogen Geist von Magnettonbändern, Oxidation und Unordnung, ihre Live-Shows sprühen vor Spontanität.

Die fünfköpfige Band, die sich dem Genre des Folk-Rock verschrieben hat, schafft mit einer vielseitigen Instrumentierung einen Klang, der ihre ZuhörerInnen in eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre entführt. Die Musik zeichnet sich durch eingängige Melodien, harmonische Arrangements und ehrliche, gefühlvolle Texte aus.
